The Circle of Trust

When Marcus learns that the Xnet had been infiltrated by its own enemy, the DHS, he realized it was time to take security into his own hands. He spoke to Jolu about making the Xnet private again, and the two came up with a solution- they would create a circle of trust with Xnetters they knew they could trust using key encryption. They held a party at Sutro Baths at the Bay so all their contacts could swap public and private keys- and so the circle of trust within the Xnet was born. The video below explains how the encryption Marcus and his friends used actually works through the example of online shopping through Amazon.com.
